I was in there tonight at 7:05 PM Hudson, NY location. Never Again. I'm was the only customer. Looking to grab an oil filter and possibly a couple batteries. Asked him to validate a filter I grabbed off the shelf to ensure it was correct one. He did so on the computer with a puss on his face. I asked him to check another version of a filter after he just left that screen. Big sigh and roll of the eyes. I say, something wrong here? He quickly said "what else do you want?" and another groan. I said you know, what, I need nothing. Handed him back the filter and left. He couldn't have cared less. I was going to ask him for 2 AGM batteries for by Duramax truck. I'd say that would have been $500 bucks total, easy. I gave that business to Advance Auto up the road. And will continue to do so. I don't expect a hand job when I buy a product, but good Lord. Miserable x 10. I'll post a picture of his resemblance. Private Pyle ringer.

Helpful. Helped find what up with an engine light. They were even able to print out a report for me. Usually these sort of places tell you the code and that's about it. I walked out understanding the issue. A big plus. Thank you.
