First time ordering from RV vinyl The business was very smooth. Product was trackable, and you knew when it was coming to the shop. We started the job and the second roll unfortunately was 10 feet short of what I ordered. In business things happen I should’ve checked before I started, but contacted RV vinyl and Mariel quickly responded and gave a refund on the missing material faster than expected. In today’s world of business it is rare to have a quick response time like that. Hard off to his quick actions

Recently ordered vinyl from Rvinyl. Only one of the three ordered pieces arrived in the package. I contacted Rvinyl upon opening the package ( via email). To my surprise I actually got a response. Alyssa emailed me back the next day. And they actually shipped the two missing pieces over to me in less than 24 hours. I have ordered from them in the past and never had an issue. Really stoked about this kind of customer service. I liked their selection of products and will continue to buy from them.
