Prompt, trustworthy service! My engine overheated on the Taconic (caused by another mechanic not bleeding the cooling system post flush) and I happened to pull over right by this shop. I was planning on walking over for some coolant but the dispatcher sent Ronny to double check I didn’t have a leak. After refilling the coolant he suggested I bring the car to the shop to make sure there wasn’t a leak and to properly bleed the system. Ronny worked on my car right away and I was back on the highway within the hour! Even though it was very clear I know nothing about cars, they presented my options honestly without trying to sway me into getting more done.

These guys are highly professsional, courteous and pay attention to detail. You could not find a better tow company. Watching the technician at work, I never had a seconds doubt or concern. Superb!! They arrived at the agreed time. Loaded the vehicle on the flatbed very carefully. They could not have been better.

City wide was excellent. They came in 30 minutes.my boyfriends car slid on the ice hanging off a cliff. They were a life saver. I'm so thankful my boyfriend wasn't hurt. they pulled out the car safely. I would recommend them 100%.
