Great experience here. The owner is an incredibly friendly individual who takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. Professional service, reasonable rates, and they got my car back to me exactly when they said they would. It’s a reliable, no-nonsense shop with a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars.

I used to go to Cesar’s as a newly postpartum, single mom. Back then, I had a three year old Chevrolet Trax, which continued to have issues and it was very stressful. This is the type of situation that some mechanics will take advantage of. Not Cesar. Cesar treated me like a daughter, to the extent that I am writing this review, six years later because I still think of his kindness, even though my situation has improved. Cesar never overcharged me, he talked to me with respect, he was kind, courteous, fair and patient. He knew a little about my situation, and he knew it was very important for me to feel like we were in good hands. When mechanics in the family wouldn’t step up to help us, Cesar filled that void. I’m not sure why I didn’t think to write this review sooner but I’m deeply grateful to have been able to have this type of experience. This is the best mechanic in the area. I can confidently say that. Thank you, Cesar. Hope all is well ?

So disappointed. Caesar lied by telling me my brakes were warped, along with a few other things that could’ve been the issue. Before I had him fix anything, I took my car to someone else to double check, and the brakes are literally perfect.
