My wife and I are visiting from out of state. During our 9 hour trip here we encountered some issues with our exhaust. By the time we arrived at our destination the tailpipe had separated from the exhaust, the muffler had a hole, and the Y connector had broken. I know because I crawled under my suv and examined it. I showed up at Dutchman and told the lady behind the counter my dilemma. She spoke to Rob (I think). He immediately got my vehicle in and was able to fix all issues. Luckily he had an exhaust pipe bender! I was back on the road by 11 am. What a huge relief! I feel much better putting my wife and dogs back in the car for the return trip. The lady at the desk was super knowledgeable about the business as well as the area. Really nice lady! Price was very fair also. 5 stars for sure!

I used to take our cars to the dealer in Utica, but always felt like I was being upsold. I've been taking them here instead for all our maintenance and repairs for the last few years and have been extremely happy with the service. They're very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and honest… and they charge very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
