I had an accident on Rt. 17 just outside of Roscoe, NY. I was fortunate enough to be towed to Manor Motors, where they put my car on the lift within 15 minutes of its arrival. Within half an hour they had identified all the things that needed fixing, and took me in to explain everything in detail. I was happily surprised at how friendly and efficient everyone was, right down to the office staff. They fixed everything possible right away, but unfortunately had to wait for a part. The kept me informed on the progress, and when the part arrived they put it in right away. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary for me to drive the 100 miles back to my home, but I elected to get most of it done with Manor Motors anyway because by then I had total trust in them. When the bill came, I was doubly surprised because it was a lot less than I had expected. You don't run across good service like this often, and I appreciate their professionalism and good communication.

Got my 2021 black bmw x5 M in for repairs after going into a ditch. Corey and everyone else have been professional and keeping me up to date. So far so good. Will update the review when i get my SUV back

Manor Motors was super helpful in replacing the two front tires of my VW Golf. Rob was friendly and communicative, and he even took the Golf for a quick test drive to make sure nothing was amiss. Would definitely recommend this spot to anybody in a pinch in the area.
