Called all around town to get a feel for the auto service centers in my area. Each establishment that I spoke to gave me the feeling that they really didn't car about my car or me as a customer, but about how much money they can get out of my service needs. Once I called 718 Auto Center I was greeted by Charly, who was thankfully more... human. What I mean by that was that he actually listened to my service requests and came up with very creative and efficient ways to make them happen. Everything that was recommended was explained and exactly what was needed and eliminating any wasteful chargers and services that the other shops were adding. After the initial call it was very clear that 718 Auto Center care about the long game, which is taking care of your customers and grow the business through great work, honestly, passion, and community. Unlike most shops that look at each customer as an opportunity to drain their pockets through deception and malpractice. Thankfully, their work lived up to the high expectations from the initial phone call, now my car looks brand new! I'm honestly still in awe on how they do it. Me being so excited about the finished product, I walked by an hour after dropping it off and saw my unpainted front diffuser installed perfectly, then the next hour I saw they were finishing up the last bit of the side skirts install and then I got a call an hour or so that everything was installed and painted just waiting for it to dry, with the option of picking it up or letting it dry there. I couldn't help myself so I rushed over to check it out and sure enough everything was perfect :) Thank you Charly and your amazing team, I'll be back for the spoiler and roof rack install!
