I live in the city of Poughkeepsie, every morning at 5am here comes Royal in the loudest truck imaginable, takes 3 guys 10 minutes to slam, shout and yell at each other while emptying a few cans and and waking up the whole block…just no regard for anyone else and completely unprofessional about volume early AM where there is ordinances for this very thing. Attached are pictures with timestamps Also please note in the pictures that royal also likes to say they won’t take garbage if over filled, but has no problem taking commercial trash before residential accounts I am Not a customer and I do not recommend!

I love this company so, so much!!! My husband has used them for commercial properties that he owns for many years, however, after MANY years with another company, I just got them for home!!! I am never leaving, they forgot to pick up my recycle, they actually came and picked it up, thank you, and, additionally the girls that work in the office are lovely, great company!!!!
