Typical nightmare hardware store story: totally understaffed, kid at the counter didn’t know much about hardware. I called ahead, looking for a metric threaded rod, got some guy who barely spoke English but seemed to say they had it. Of course they didn’t but it took 30 minutes to figure that out. The place is big and probably was really useful once upon a time when they had knowledgeable staff. Now it’s just a time-suck. You’d do much better at Home Depot.

They took my order online. Immediately canceled it, and did not notify me at all. After 10 days, I followed up and they still have not refunded my money. Avoid this retailer at all costs!
