I had wanted to visit the United States for many years, and last week I finally fulfilled that dream. To explore more cities and different places, I rented a car from AVIS, and this experience became one of the best parts of my trip. The welcome was extremely professional and warm. The staff member who handed over the car was incredibly friendly and kind. I felt as if I was borrowing a car from a friend rather than renting from a company. The lady at the reception was also very understanding and helpful; when I asked at the last minute to extend my rental for one more day, she immediately completed the process and assisted me without hesitation. The 2026 model Chevrolet was exceptionally comfortable, technologically advanced, and a real pleasure to drive. It made my journey much more relaxed and gave me a true sense of freedom. When returning the car, I was greeted with the same friendliness. Being welcomed in such a way by people you have never met before, in another country, is truly valuable. I believe that feeling good wherever you are in the world is directly connected to the good people you encounter. My visit to the United States will remain an unforgettable experience in my life, filled with wonderful memories. With love to the land of freedom, the USA. ❤️

We reserved a Camry-class car from Jan 12 to 14 but they gave us a Black Mazda CX-30. It was a nice and smooth ride and everything worked perfectly. 1- We arrived at 6:20 a.m. and the staff invited us to wait inside the office since it was cold outside. Right after 6:30, the agent completed our paperwork and we had our car 3 minutes later. 2- The day after returning the car, I went back because I had left my sunglasses behind. The man at reception along with a kind woman, help me find them. They were very polite and helpful.

Picked up a car from here this past weekend and accidentally booked the wrong date. Leon, the clerk working that morning, went out of his way to coordinate with the main office and fix my mistake.
