I’m disappointed with my experience at your retail location today. After traveling from Manhattan, I waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Ultimately, I was informed—only after waiting—that I could not be helped. I understand that it is Christmas Eve and that stores are especially busy. However, that is exactly why adequate staffing and clear customer acknowledgment are so important — especially during a holiday. Not everyone that lives in New York observes the Christmas holiday. Customers rely on Asurion for timely support, often for urgent device issues, and waiting without any communication or assistance falls short of reasonable service expectations. At a minimum, customers should be promptly greeted, informed of wait times, and given clear guidance on whether their issue can be handled. Proper staffing and basic customer engagement are essential to maintaining trust, particularly during peak holiday periods when many people are going out of their way to access your services. I hope Asurion will take this feedback seriously and ensure better planning, communication, and customer care in the future.

Omg what an amazing experience!!! Andrew was a delight and so personable. My tech, Jermaine who I never met but whose presence was felt in my phone being fixed. Showed up in a walk in and was done under 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend. The snoopy lofi music video playing was a nice touch and added to the warm feel. I’ll end it there.
