Brought my BMW to NYBIMMERS with a burst coolant pipe and also needed transmission and differential service. From the moment I walked in, Adrian and the crew were extremely pleasant, professional, and courteous. The entire experience was stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and unlike the dealership, they did not try to oversell or push unnecessary services. They were honest, straightforward, and genuinely focused on what the car actually needed. The work was completed within a day and the repair was absolutely impeccable. They are clearly highly knowledgeable and take real pride in their work. What really impressed me most was their integrity: they replaced a ground strap at no charge—something the BMW dealership quoted me over $800 in labor for. That says everything about the kind of shop this is. They saved me over $8,000 compared to the estimate I received from the BMW dealership. I will definitely be back, and I would strongly recommend NYBIMMERS to anyone with a BMW needing service outside of warranty. You will not be disappointed.

I took my 2015 BMW X5 to their shop because none of the mechanics I went to were able to figure out the noise that was coming from the drivetrain while accelerating. So many other shop mechanics made me replace the transfer case, Center support bearing, replace the differential fluid. NYBimmers kept the car to asses the problem and by the evening they figured out it was the drive shaft. Got a used one from junkyard and replaced it, the car has been running smooth ever since. I could not thank them much.

I needed to fix a brake light bulb on my 2015 X3 and walked in without an appointment. Not only did they gladly diagnose the issue, they had it fixed in 15 minutes and didn't charge me a dime for parts or labor.
