Went in looking for break pads and rotors for a scion TC after previously stopping and being told they were in house . When I arrived the owner couldn’t locate break pads or rotors. After waiting he found me two front rotors and charged me almost 130$ soley for the NAPA standard rotors without break pads or anything. Ended up finding a ENTIRE Break kit with drilled and slotted rotors , premium pads and hardware for 140$ online So I decided to return my Two 60$ a piece rotors in which the owner started accusing me of “purchasing breaks and then returning them for the third time this month” (I haven’t shopped here in months nor have I purchased breaks in years) When I denied it ,all Russ volo had to say was “must be someone who looks like you” I can’t even buy breaks for my main car (akebono big break kit) and I’ve had my scion for less than a week so i have no Idea what his deal was . Repetitive extremely rude and poor customer service , unprofessional owner , overpriced everything , unknowledgeable employees that will almost always give you the wrong part.Won’t spend another dime with Russ. And I wouldn’t recommend you do either.
