I was traveling from Albany to Buffalo and on the 90 realized the wipers were not going to work for the rainy commute. I had trouble installing wipers I had bought and Adam was fantastic, he went out of his way to ensure we had properly installed them, even though he wasn’t obligated to do so in any way!! Truly great customer service and if I was a local, I would be there more often. I have many friends who travel to Albany for work through the SUNY system and will recommend them to this specific NAPA if they have any needs along their route. Ordered parts off the internet. Get a message already. Drove from Sharon Springs per internet open until 5:30. Arrive 5:08. Closed up tight. Sign on the door "new hours". You need to change your hours on the internet since I left work early!

Fantastic. Thank you so much. 5/7 I ordered an aftermarket oil filter housing for my RAV because literally while my guy in St. Johnsville was doing my oil change in his driveway, the plastic OEM JUNK must've cracked on re-installation. Oil shot out like Ol Faithful upon engine start. I never screamed so loud yall probably heard me in Palatine. But the geniusy thing was my dude literally JB Welded the hole in my plastic housing. Within the time we walked to Dollar General for oil it was dry. Refilled and we were on our way to grab our replacement. What a trip. Constantly scanning the dash for lights and glancing at the rear view, making sure I wasn't leaving a trail behind!! That's why I came all stressed out, I'm soooo sorry guys!! Thanks again. Will return.
