I made an appointment for an inspection and oil change at 8:30am on a Monday a week before. Dropped it off and was told they’d call me in two hours. End of day came and no call? So I called back and they said they’d were having a hard time figuring out what kind of car it is (it’s a European import bmw) also just look at the registration and the write out I filled out and you would have had info. They asked for more time which I agreed too since they said they’d were going on holiday. They confirmed the oil change was complete and that they recommended new brakes which I said give me a quote. Day three now and no car, no quote. I call back pretty pissed off and they tell they haven’t even started inspecting the car and that the oil change was NOT done. I took it to a new shop and it passed inspection with flying colors which took them 30 minutes and walked me through the inspection with them which was nice. This place is really unprofessional and does not communicate. Not a place I’d recommend. I don’t trust places that take the keys and say get out of here.

I needed brand new tires and Mo is a very professional guy. He did an outstanding job, he installed new tires and made sure the rims were clean and no damage. Beautiful work and did it very patiently

The absolute worst Bodyshop. Owner used damaged and used parts to fix my vehicle that was involved in a crash this past April. Rear Glass is pitted, trailer hitch cover that was destroyed in the rear end crash was never replaced. Lift gate is misaligned. At one point there was desert sand colored parts in the trunk area that I complained about because my interior is grey. They seemed to think there was absolutely nothing wrong with that. Generally your vehicle should be in pre crash condition after work has been performed. They do not communicate with you in regards to work done. I’ve made multiple trips to the shop and it’s been nothing but excuses and delays. Here some seven months later there are still missing parts in the trunk and rear end. When asked of the owner if this would be acceptable had it been his vehicle he just looked @ me dumbfounded. That to me is a clear indication that it wouldn’t be soooo why should it be alright with me. Don’t bother with this place. If it’s an insurance repair take your vehicle to your dealers body shop.
