We drove from PA to Long Island on Saturday (3/7) to look at a Blazer. We were there for a while, chatted a bit, I loved the truck, we agreed on the price, and shook hands on the deal. I told Lenny & his brother, I would be back Tuesday (3/10) with cash to pick it up. His exact words were, “Let’s shake on it, I’m a man of my word.” I even offered to leave a deposit and again he said, “ I don’t need a deposit. I’m a man of my word.” Today (Sunday 3/8) I received a text saying he sold it to someone else, and then he blocked me before I could even respond. The right thing to do would be to text or call me, letting us know you have a higher offer, and letting us match or top it. If you’re going to back out of a deal, at least be honest about it. Blocking someone instead of having a conversation is just childish, and extremely unprofessional. (If I could leave less than 1 star, I would) Don & Margie - we were there at 2:00pm Sat 3/7/26

This is honestly the best dealership; especially if you are a first time buyer. I honestly didn’t know anything walking in but I can say i’m leaving with a lot of knowledge. You will learn way more than just about buying a car. I definitely recommend for military applicants. When you go ask to speak Hollywood you will not regret it.

I had been going to Ace for years. I was there a lot considering I pretty much have a new car. (A 2020 Jeep). My freinds had been questioning "why was I there so much?" Well, I found out that not only did they do things that didn't need to be done, but, they also have very inflated prices. My freinds were trying to warn me of this, but, of course I ignored this fact as I put all my trust in this place. As time went on, I decided to go to a different place. For instance, I found out that Ace ripped my air filter out of my car (during an oil change) to show me how dirty it was and needed to be replaced. I decided to wait on that. At a later time, I had my oil changed at vavoline (which by the way was $89.00 as opposed to Ace which was $125.00) Well Vavoline showed me that same filter and apparently, the felt on the air filter had been completely ripped off the plastic part which apparently was done by Ace and shoved back in the car. I vowed never to go to ACE again unless it was for something very minor such as filling windshield washing fluid. Furthermore, I did end up needing windshield washing fluid one day even after this incident and asked Marty to fill it. He approached my car with 1/2 of his bottle of windsheild washing fluid filled, filled my car with the rest of it then stated it was going to be $12.00 for filling it!!! The worker behind the counter and I shockingly looked at each other and gasped. Thankgod he said to Marty "Well isn't it usually $6.00?? Marty replied to the guy "o.k., whatever you decide." So, although, this is just an example of how they operate with thier services, I realize and see that they have been ripping me off forever. Sorry Nick, but I refuse to give you a "great review" as you asked for after all of this. Thats the last straw and I will not be taking my car to a bunch of "shysters." And as for Marty's trying to charge an outlandish price of $12.00 for windshield washing fluid is inexcusable to me and you should be ashamed!! Sorry, but, not sorry. I was nice and they took advantage! Shysters!
