NJV is great. I brought in my old 2016 Hyundai in for some general repairs. They had me in and out in one day. Light bulbs, muffler issues, check-engine light, oil change, inspection….They tightened up my old beast and now she's running great. It's reassuring to know I have a solid local garage nearby.

Avoid this company at all costs! If you’re looking for a mechanic or towing company that overcharges, lies, and leaves you worse off than when you started, congratulations—you’ve found them! I made the mistake of calling this company when my car broke down. They quoted me one price for the tow and then hit me with a completely different (and much higher) charge once the car was already on their truck. They also insisted I pay in cash, which seemed shady, but I was stranded and didn’t have much of a choice. Once they had my car at their shop, the upselling started. They claimed I needed repairs I knew were unnecessary—like a new transmission for a car that was perfectly fine before breaking down. When I declined, they suddenly became less “available” to fix the actual problem and delayed the work for over a week. To make matters worse, the repair they did perform was poorly done, and my car broke down again less than two days later. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my calls and emails until I threatened legal action. Even then, they refused to refund me or fix their mistakes. Shady practices, horrible customer service, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare of a company.

Was extremely thankful to everyone there! They towed my smoking jeep that had broken down 4 hours away from my home to their auto shop. They told me very quickly what was wrong with my vehicle, and even though they were busy and about to close they fixed my car in just an hour so that I could get back on the road and get home safely. They were very helpful and thoughtful! I really appreciate them and recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their car looked at or fixed!
