I realize every job is different and therefore the experience is going to wildly vary, but there is definitely a serious issue here. I brought my vehicle to Lamberg with some massive body damage which understandably should take awhile. Fred, the owner, is very rude if you ask too many questions or show any signs of impatience, which is a problem because they take a very long time to get anything done! Things that usually take weeks, take months because there isn’t a full complement of technicians onsite! I asked for copies of all paperwork and was told “Geico is paying me, so you’re not my customer, I’m not giving you anything” (true story!!). After almost 4 months of some truly rude phone calls, including times I had to threaten to bring the police, they delivered some really beautiful work.
