My car was repossessed today. I had no acknowledgment that this was happening. I went to walk outside to go to work and my car was gone. My heart sank to my stomach. I immediately called my finance company as was able to sort it out with them relatively quick. If I had gotten a knock on the door, I could have avoided this. I moved past that, as I was informed by my finance company that since I’m making the payment today, I can get my car back tomorrow. I called and was informed it’s by appointment only. I asked if there is any possible way that I can please retrieve my vehicle early tomorrow morning. The woman was snippy and it caused me to get snippy back. I now have to wait until Monday, to retrieve my car, now I’ll have to pay additional days in storage fees and pay to take an uber to and from work, which is close to an hour to and from. Im a single mom, doing the best that I can and it’s a stressful situation as is and to have someone who represents a company, come across as extremely disheartening, is uncalled for.

Finding Hope

They deserve 0 star, they are dismissive and don’t actually help you. The scheduling department is full of people who don’t want to help. They choose not to answer the phone. They don’t want to show you policies and etc. just a horrible company. Asked to speak to the manager and she’s acting like nothing happened. Making excuses!

I had to surrender my truck and Jim reached out to me to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me to do so. He also reached out to confirm our scheduled appointment and He told me that one of his drivers Walter would contact me before heading to my location. Walter was friendly and kind. My experience overall was 10 out of 10. Thank you!
