I had the unfortunate luck of having my radar stolen for my Honda CRV, but thankfully GEICO had recommended me Dean’s and I’m so glad they did, from the moment I got in contact with them specifically Vivian the office manager she helped me setup an appointment quickly, explained the process and was so friendly with everything, when I went to drop off the car I met with Dean the owner himself he helped me check in, explained to me in detail the process, the paper work and was so transparent with everything, made sure to cover everything so GEICO would approve all the work needed, once I finished Vivian kept in contact with me over status of the parts and when my car would be ready great communication all throughout and when I picked up my car within just a few days, they worked efficiently! My car looked like new, they even washed it and cleaned the exterior up since it looked white from the salt on the roads going above and beyond at no cost, they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with, were fully transparent and so great at communicating specially with Vivian, they did a great job with my car and I will definitely be using them for any other service I may need or will recommend others to them as well, in a world full of shady mechanics Dean’s is one you can trust! Dean’s Automotive was an excellent experience. They took the utmost care of my vehicle and the repairs were second to none. My vehicle looked brand new and it runs smoothly. They washed my car inside and out. Upon bringing me my car, I almost didn’t recognize it. They were also kind, friendly, and respectful. I would recommend Dean’s Automotive shop to anyone including my friends and family. I rate the work done on my vehicle and the professionalism a ten(10).
