Never trusting them with my vehicles again! After a not great experience this past spring, I thought I'd give them one more shot (because they've been great for years, but have started going downhill). I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, easy enough. When I picked the truck up, it had a very bad dent and scrape along the side. It ABSOLUTELY was not there prior to drop off. Guess I should've taken pictures at drop off. They claim it didn't happen there. It is more than big enough to notice if it was there prior. So now I'm stuck with paying $1,500 for their mistake. Never again.

On our way home last Friday from visiting our son and family we had car problems. We made it to the AutoZone in Springville and had to replace spark plugs and a coil pack. With no tools and unfamiliar with replacing these. We met Joe in the store who was a God send. He had all the tools and knowledge. He replaced the spark plugs unbelievably quick! Can't thank Joe enough for his generosity! We will definitely be sending anyone we know in the area to see Joe for any car repairs in the future!
