I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and I was even more impressed by the customer service. I chose Detailing Dynamics after going to a dozen PPF installers and looking at their operations. They were head & shoulders above every other place I went to view. What really sold me was Matt's blunt honesty. Some people may think it's rude but they would be mistaken. Matt didn't sugar coat anything and suck up to me for the business. He was 100% honest with me. There were services I asked about that I had gotten quotes for at other places and he flat out told me it would be a waste of money. He could have easily made more profit but he turned it down because it wasn't in my best interest. When I dropped my 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing (retirement gift) off my car was the least expensive in the shop by at least $50,000 but Matt made me feel like it was as valuable as the $10M Bugatti that was on the lift next to mine. Speaking of Bugattis I saw 3 different ones there during my multiple visits along w/a Ferrari FXX, McLaren 750S, Porsche GT3 RS, and a Rolls Royce Cullinan. When have you seen a Bugatti let alone 3?! If people are bringing cars worth more than my house there they must do good work! I stopped by a few times during the process and Matt couldn't have been more accommodating. They know if you're investing this much in protecting your car then you love it. They love cars too And it shows in the quality of their work. They will not be the least expensive option. They may even be the most expensive option. What I can guarantee is the will be the BEST option! While I mostly dealt with Matt, Eddie was the guy in charge of the PPF. He helped me make the decision between going matte or gloss. His work is impeccable! I had full PPF, ceramic tint on all the glass, ceramic coating on the full exterior, wheels, break calipers, & glass. My car feels like silk! If you love your car and want it protected right you'll take it to Matt & Eddie at Detailing Dynamics.

I’ve been going to Detailing Dynamics since 2019 when I bought my first Porsche, and they’ve PPF’d two of my cars, ceramic coated three, and maintained them all flawlessly. Recently, I drove through fresh white road paint and panicked when I I got out of the car and saw it COVERED the entire driver's side along with some other nooks and crannies. Matt got me in quickly and they removed the paint, did my ceramic coating maintenance, and even replaced a small section of PPF that was damaged, all for only a small amount more than the standard ceramic coating maintenance. Huge thanks to Matt, Eddie, Ashley, and the team — absolutely the best in the business!
