Don't care bout the customer. Won't be giving them my business. Made an appointment . Came in that morning at 915 to leave my car. Said they have no lifts. I took the day off to get the service done that day. Said I don't know whatvtwll you come in next Monday and I said I don't know I'll have to see and he said yeah well see. Won't be going back. Thanks for nothing.

While driving my 2017 Honda Pilot, a flashing warning appeared on the dashboard that read, "Transmission System Problem." I immediately brought it to a local mechanic, who ran a diagnostic check and confirmed a transmission issue. However, since he didn’t handle transmission repairs, he recommended Pasquale’s. I dropped my car off at Pasquale’s that evening, and by the next morning, they called me with an update. They told me he had both good news and bad news and asked which I wanted to hear first. The bad news was that my transmission had a serious issue, and the repair would be costly. The good news? He had spent two hours on the phone with Honda and discovered that this was a known issue with 2017-18 Pilots, and my car was covered under an extended warranty. What truly impressed me was their honesty and effort. They could have easily just done the repair at their shop and charged me thousands of dollars. Instead, they went out of their way to save me that money by investigating the warranty coverage. Pasquale’s is an honest, hardworking, family-run auto repair shop that I cannot recommend highly enough. Their integrity and customer care have earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

The reviews for this shop do not reflect the experience I had. The person I interacted with seemed completely disengaged and unwilling to answer my questions properly. While he was not verbally rude, his body language made it clear he did not want to assist me. The shop itself is cramped, with no space to make a U-turn. Additionally, the way junk vehicles are positioned creates both a safety hazard and a liability concern. Overall, I am glad I chose not to do business here, as there are far better and more professional options available in the area.
