Had a tire go on the highway at night. Called Huckles and was quoted an hour wait, but only ended up being about a half hour because their guy on duty made a call and an off shift driver, Don Cook, made the decision to come out and help so I wouldn't be stuck on the side of the highway for that long. Don was an amazing guy (calm, professional, caring for my safety), and he got everything situated, with my car dropped off at a shop and me home by the time the original 1 hour quote would have been just for waiting for truck to arrive. Highly appreciate Huckle's and especially Don!

Had scheduled a tow with them to have them take my vehicle to Waterloo with AAA on 12/11. First they said they would be able to pick it up that night and deliver it in the morning. then when I called them to explain where the key is going to be and they said they were getting delayed so it would be a few extra hours. I told them that is fine, as the night went on I had my coworker inform me when they arrive when it got to 2am in the morning I called them again for an update due to not being there to get my vehicle then they tell me that their tow truck driver was overworked so they will be delivering it first thing in the morning. Around 8:30 am 12/12 I check with my supervisor to see if there was any update if my car was still there or not when he told me it was I called them again and they said they are finishing up some other tows then will be right there to get mine. I asked them for a time frame so I can let my mechanic know and my supervisor know. They told me they will be there in an hour. 10:30 rolls around and I get a message from my supervisor informing me there is still no tow truck to pick up my car
