Needs a year make and model to tell me if there's a jug of antifreeze that is blue on the shelf. Then proceeds to hangup when I question why he needs a year make and model to tell me if there's a gray jug with blue liquid infront of his face. Apparently common sense isn't a job requirement here.

Bought a battery from there two weeks ago for 305 and found out I don’t need it just a new starter so went to take the unused battery back and was told they don’t take electronics back even they take batteries back if unused on the direct website and the I believe Mexican I believe at least he was Mexican or something similar and said his name was Tom, but I doubt that was his real name as I told him I’ll be talking to corporate about him. Which I haven’t yet done so quote unquote manager as he stated he was, was very rude and started before I even said anything to him. Was very unprofessional. I will never go back there again and would never recommend them ever again. I’ve always done my business there but after two weeks ago with the way I was treated I’ll never again! I’ll spend my money else where even if I have to order what I need online. He’s lucky I had other things to do as he was getting close to get punched. And I’m not one to get that upset. This was in Watertown on Arsenal Street.
