Whenever I need one of my cars fixed - and fixed right completely and on the first try - I go to USA Auto. They give a precise breakdown of parts vs labor and the fix everything expertly. They know cars! And they know me now and what I expect - they have never failed to deliver a perfect repair job. Cars need maintenance - the will run for a good long time. The guys at USA Auto will keep my cars running and me and all my drivers safe. These are the before photos.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic regarding pricing. I initially brought my car in to have the alternator replaced, and we clearly agreed on a price of $650, which I found fair. Later, I received a call saying that my brakes also needed replacement, and I was told the total would now be $800, including the alternator repair. I agreed to that on the phone — only to be charged $1,800 when I arrived to pick up my car. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was upfront about being a student, yet instead of being transparent, they took advantage of the situation. There was no clear explanation or justification for the additional charges. I strongly advise others to stay away from this shop. Their lack of honesty and integrity in handling pricing is deeply concerning. Please be cautious if you decide to bring your vehicle here.
