Instead of pushing a full screen or logic board replacement, they did true board-level repair and replaced three chips that control the backlight. I cannot recommend Jerome enough. I’ve used my laptop for 5 years and the touchbar had issues for many months, flickering nonstop and it was getting so bad I put duct tape on it. I was hesitant to fix it because Apple Store basically recommended I buy a new laptop and many other places quoted a big cost. Jerome was able to do a free diagnostic, fixed the problem immediately—within an hour. He helped me save so much time, effort, and it costed less than 1/3 of what Apple said! He also gave a lot of good advice on how to make the best use of my computer, cleaned the entire computer, saved my stickers, and it’s now good as new and has much life in it. I would highly highly encourage everyone to come here for all your repair needs, truly a great experience and I’m so happy I found this place!

Jerome is very good at his job and a very nice guy as well. He fixed my cracked laptop screen very quickly. When the newly ordered screen he put on there actually had a problem, he re-ordered and replaced it without a problem. I will definitely use him again if I have a macbook or iphone problem. Much easier/faster than those genius bars at apple.
