Upon arrival at their shop they quickly in-processed, evaluated and diagnosed the issues with my vehicle. Within a very short period of time they contacted me to let me know what the underlying issues were, recommended solutions and provided an estimate for the work, as well as a timeline for completion. They were extremely communicative throughout the repair process, and they were true to the repair estimates that they provided at the outset. A couple of days after the repair they even contacted me to make sure that everything went well with the repairs. My vehicle now drives and sounds better than it has in years! The difference is night and day - smooth, quiet, and responsive. The team clearly knows what they're doing, and their attention to detail really shows in the results. Andrew, Chris and the rest of the team at Coventry went above and beyond and I highly recommend their services.
