I had an excellent experience coming in for a state inspection. Even without an appointment, they took care of me quickly and efficiently. After visiting several other dealers, this was by far the best service I received. Mike was outstanding and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

I bought Kumho tires from here. They are failing due to a manufacturing defect and the tread is disconnecting/ peeling from the tire. Kumho says to process the warranty at the "Kumho dealer". Mavis refuses to process the claim. I'm currently waiting on a response from Kumho after several days. After charging me $10 to test the TPMS batteries when it was installed I didn't want to bother leaving a review but this is the latest. Edit Tuesday Sept 30: after calling Mavis and going through the process over several days I was called with an "offer" where after my claim it would cost $318 to replace the tires. That's $60 less than the original $380 charge to mount the tires and service the tpms. It took me 10 days, 3 trips to 2 Mavis locations, and several arguments to get to this point. Contrary to what everyone that goes to this place is being told about their tire problems, this was not caused by worn shocks.
