My fiance took his 2018 Dodge Challenger to Anderson's for A/C repair. This place is a scam!!! First off, they never got his approval for the labor after they diagnosed the issue. Second, the diagnosis was comical. They let him know they did charge it, and there was a leak but they couldn't find it. They sent him on his way. After driving it, he noticed the a/c issue was still occuring. He called them back, made an appointment and took the car back up there. This time after labor and diagnosis they told him that there's definitely a big freon leak coming from somewhere, but again they couldn't find it, and that the a/c was fine and everything is running like it's supposed to. Excuse me? If you know there is a big leak and there is an issue, then everything is not running fine. They charged him full price for both visits. The a/c is no better off than when he originally dropped it off the first time. However he is out $500. To top it off they scratched the hell out of the car (pictures shown) while it was in their care. Needless to say we won't be using their services ever again. This is NOT how you do good business and keep customers.

Have been using Anderson for years and I know when I get my truck or wifes suv back from them it is fixed correctly. Don't have to think twice about what shop to use. In Greenville, Winterville whatever area go to Anderson.
