The staff is friendly and communicative even for a mechanical novice such as I! The waiting area is nice and I was able to catch up on some work. This is a wonderful automotive repair shop with unmatched integrity. After many visits they have never attempted to upsell me on something ridiculous, they take time to explain repairs and maintenance to you if you have questions. All of the staff here operate with the utmost professionalism, highly recommend!

Tripp's performed around $2,000 worth of repairs and maintenance on my mother's Lexus. We had an issue with the car a short time after the work was done, but I called Matt, and he went above and beyond what I would have expected in making sure the issue was resolved. Its very nice to have a local shop who does quality work but also stands behind their work if there is a problem. I will also say that I had gotten quotes from other shops in Winterville & Greenville, and the total cost for the work performed by Tripp's was slightly lower than the quotes I received from others, so they are comparable if not lower than other similar facilities.
