Woman in office was very polite and accommodating, Dave the mechanic is extremely curt, rude, and dismissive, needs to learn customer service skills when dealing with people. Brought a vehicle in to be inspected for a third party purchaser who is their customer, when stated I wanted to be present when vehicle was inspected, I was told to wait outside or he would remove it off the lift, I indicated I prefer to be with my vehicle but accommodated his request and started to walk outside, upon doing so I told the purchasers boy oh boy, at that point Dave said I'm taking it off the lift and you can go. Always have to wonder when someone doesn't want you to watch what they're doing, what they're doing, but most importantly as a long time successful business owner myself, I know how to talk to customers properly, while I understand the request to be outside and I honored that request, the attitude I received in return by stating my confusion was met with a childish tantrum and termination of the inspection. I don't care how good somebody is at their job, if they have no customer service skills, they suck!

My daughter had a nail in her tire ..slow leak. She had a long trip planned the next day. They got her in right away and plugged the tire ..and ..great price. Definitely found a new garage. Nice people! Great service!

The staff at Ferra's dropped what they were doing to help me diagnose a warning light right and some vibration in the steering column before we were scheduled to leave for a 5 hour ride home. After a quick inspection on the lift, they identified the issue as low tire pressure with no puncture. After inflating the tires to the proper levels, we were good to go on our trip. Considering we had no appointment, and were asking for a last minute service, I couldn't believe they wouldn't take any payment for helping me. Truly a great neighborhood asset!
