Exercise caution when dealing with salesmen who may engage in deceptive practices. The salesman in question assured me that they would not perform any work on my property. They claimed that I was not required to pay anything and that if I decided to file an insurance claim, the insurance company would cover the cost of Servpro after a period of five or six months. However, we subsequently received debt collectors demanding payment of $4,500.

They did a full survey, gave us a quote, and then promptly did the cleaning/repairs. They even went above and beyond and cleaned other small things that we had forgotten to request.
