Horrible service!!!! It took this guy about two months to fix our SUV. But when we gave him the funds to fix it he made like it wouldn't take no time to fix. He never call to follow up, we always have to reach out to him multiple times before he contact us back. He also kept coming up with all kinds of excuses as to why our truck wasn't fixed. I will never ever take my SUV back to him.

Travon is extremely unprofessional and does not hold up his end of the deal. He has been giving excuse after excuse and has had my car for going on three weeks and keeps telling me one thing but saying something else. His communication is terrible and he called my phone yelling at me because I was asking about an update on my car after he told me numerous of different times that my car was finished and everyday it has been something else. If I could give no stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL. He tells you he will contact you and never does. You have to reach out to him or he will never tell you anything. I dropped my car off June 13th and still don’t have it after he told me it would be ready by June 19th then the 21st then said it would be done by June 26th then said June 28th and each time he has a different excuse or story as to why the car is not completed yet.

Not reliable. Doesn’t stick to the schedule that he gives you. Told me my car would be done on two separate dates and it wasn’t completed by neither of them. Made it very clear I am PCSing and needed to be gone by a certain time frame and still my car was not finished! Would not recommend
