Doug is an amazing human being. He is caring and understanding, and was super helpful to me during a moment of crisis when I got a flat up on the mountain. He is fast, communicative, and he has such a kind heart. I cannot thank you enough, Doug. God bless you.

We called the company in the morning to ask if they could tow my car because the alternator is dead. They said it was a busy day but they would show up after lunch. At 5 PM I called them and got a phone message saying that they were closed at four. They never tried contacting us via phone text or anything to let us know what was going on so we couldn’t get our car to the mechanic to get it fixed so we could get to work. Very discouraged at the lack of service this company gave us.

How many towing companies have you seen with a 4.8 rating? That alone speaks volumes, but I feel compelled to write this review because he went above and beyond for me. First, he picks up and drops off exactly when he says he will. It sounds basic, but in the towing industry, it’s the exception. I had been waiting for a AAA towing company for six hours. At 9:00 PM, the owner answered the phone himself. He assured me that if AAA didn’t contact me, I should call him first thing in the morning, and he would come get me. I called him the next morning, and he was at my house by 8:30 AM to tow my Porsche Macan to Asheville. While he was nearly at the dealer, I called and asked if we could switch drop-off locations because I found a great independent shop. It was no problem for him, and that probably saved me at least $1,000 in repairs. I can’t say enough about this guy. Well done and thank you.
