A friend and I went hiking near Jim’s today, we ran into a large pothole which took out the radiator. My car is a Volkswagen and to parts are hard to get, but Jim looked over the car and explained what would need to be done, he called many places for us looking for the part. He was extremely helpful and provided recommendations for a tow company to get the car to a mechanic closer to my home. He helped us figure out how to get the situation handled quickly and avoid a dealership scam. He kept us calm and provided valuable information. Great human.
