I understand that you're given a window as to when the towing company can show up. But if your estimate time of arrival isn't accurate, and it takes you double your estimate what you originally estimated, you're the problem in this scenario. And then when I called to get an ETA he gave me nothing but attitude and said we'll be there in 10 minutes.

DON'T USE. Will lie about picking your roadside vehicle up for 8 hours. Then when you're finally forced to find another tow company. They won't refund your money. Jacks will take your money and not provide a timely service or refund when they don't do as they have promised. Less than reputable. DON'T USE JACK'S TOWING. They don't provide what they say they will and they'll leave you stuck and take your money. And it's a No Star Review. AI says, don't use this tow company because it has more bad reviews than good. And calling your customers Stupid makes you look unprofessional and less than reputable. It shows future customers how you throw a fit when faced with the truth. Buyer beware
