First time I'd ever been there scrapped a vehicle. I guess I accomplished what I wanted but if you're wanting customer service these people that run this place are not it. They act like you're inconveniencing them by bringing them business I've never seen anything like it before. Normally I mess with Leonard's Auto salvage but thought I would try them out, I thought wrong.

Not impressed at all.....took a large load of aluminum cans off and once we got there was given little to no direction on what they wanted done. Sorry if it was our first time and last at your company. Then when we asked where to go next to drop off cans was given attitude " well the only building that is down there" said building turned out to just be a shed. Then when we were unloading the cans the man proceeds to tell us..." ugh, we hate aluminum can" well so sorry to inconvenience you....is that not part of the business? Needless to say, I will not be going there again. And also, as a side note...just counted the money we were given and we were cheated out of 10.00....so DEFINITELY do not recommend this company.

I've been coming here since I was 15 years old to sell my scrap I've always had a good experience the people were always helpful I always got a fair price even had some money left off of a ticket one time pretty recently and I came back and they straightened it out without any questions I love going here. It's a well organized place has a good flow and the people actually care about what they're doing.
