I stopped by this recycling center recently and the experience wasn’t great. The employees didn’t seem welcoming or willing to help — I felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. A little friendliness and guidance would go a long way here. Hoping they improve the customer service, because the facility itself seems useful, but the attitude from staff definitely took away from the experience.
