The most professional and respectful shop that I’ve ever used. They did amazing on my Dodge Durango. They fixed absolutely everything for a reasonable price. My truck was messed up by another mechanic and they were able to fix everything plus the other work and got my Truck on the road within just a couple days running amazing brand new thank you to them for saving me Some money and helping me have a vehicle to provide transportation for my free children again very grateful to them. Anybody needs any work I definitely recommend 10 out of 10. They did my brakes, my rotors, the head gasket job transmission, and also water pump. I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my work again. I will always go back to them.

I found Randy's on Google and the reviews were excellent. I needed my brake pads replaced. In and out within an hour at half the price the dealership quoted me. I will gladly refer them and be a repeat customer. Thank you

God is Good

I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE IN MY LIFE AGAIN! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, TO ANYONE!!! ???. They had my car for months....when I finally came to pick it up, my car was dead, even though I told them in advance I was coming???‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. I had to argue with the man in office ( had a terrible attitude @ the beginning) finally got another battery, just to get it down the road to have the same lights pop on, on my dashboard,as when I dropped it off!! I paid to have everything fixed??‍♀️! So I dropped it back off the next day (Friday)..Monday I popped up to check on my car, IT WAS IN THE SAME SPOT I LEFT IT IN??‍♀️ Went in the office to see what was going on & he told me "The mechanic is on break" (lies?) So I told him I will be here until he gets off break. I went and sat on my vehicle, The office guy noticed I was sitting on my car and all of a sudden? got a mechanic. Randy was not there, so he sent the mechanic, put it on the machine. He was trying to explain to me the $1600+ work they had done..but if your did all his work why is these lights still on my dashboard ?? He even told me "his catalytic converter light been on for 3 years" smh I told them have Randy call me because that's not what we talked about, I get a message the next day saying he will put a Catalytic Converter on..smh I waisted gas, took off work and stressed me out about this vehicle!! people there make excuses but I didn't make excuses when it was time to pay..even though he fixed apart he discovered after I paid. You supposed to ask the person before you put it on there car, not do it, then tell them & charge them smh Over all they said they put a new Catalytic Converter on??‍♀️ idk I just hope so because I really don't know what was done. I still need work done to it because something is wrong with the brakes, I guess nobody felt that even though they claimed the test drove it smh I am just glad to get my car back!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️I even heard a lady on the ? complaining about her car needing to b fixed and the man in the office had all day to order the part but he couldn't order it until tomorrow because they had already closed smh They lie to yourself, obviously some are lazy as hell & don't understand were doing each other a service! Smh
