I recently called this company just to ask how much it would cost to jump-start my truck. The woman on the phone told me there is a $125 minimum charge plus $125 per hour, meaning it would cost at least $250 even if it only takes five minutes. I simply asked her to confirm if I understood correctly — that I’d be charged $250 for a basic jump-start — and her tone immediately became rude and dismissive. I told her I was just surprised by the price, not criticizing her personally or the company’s policy, just expressing shock at how expensive it was. She abruptly told me she didn’t appreciate my “comments” and then hung up on me after saying “have a nice Friday.” I understand businesses have set rates, but basic respect and professionalism should be part of customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel I received either. I’m sure they may provide good service for others, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
