WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!!!! I could give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. A few months back, my car was towed. I’ve lived in my apartment for several years now, and while I know the parking situations, I’ve never once been informed about a towing company taking, not only mine, but a few of my neighbors’ cars??? This was in the middle of the morning- per se, 2am. I had to be awake for work a few hours after, realizing that my car had been taken. After then, I had to not only skip work, but, Uber to the towing company in a random sketchy part of Durham which is AN HOUR AWAY from where I live, but I was charged an OUTRAGEOUS fee for my car being taken from where I live. Each day past, I would’ve been charged more. Since then, I’ve never gotten reimbursed, or even shown any empathy whatsoever. What kind of scummy company does this to people?? This towing company should be shut down!

This company is extremely predatory. They have towed my car four times, including during the Christmas season. Even after explaining that I’m dealing with a difficult situation and actively working on getting my tags updated, they showed zero understanding or compassion.Their fees are excessive to the point where I had to choose between paying them or paying my rent. No company should put people in that position. Their behavior is greedy, inconsiderate, and completely lacking in empathy. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid doing business with this company.
