Brad came out to my slip on Lake Norman on short notice to diagnose an overheating issue on my 2019 Regal with a Volvo Penta 5.7. He quickly identified a failed impeller and debris blocking the cooling system, flushed everything out, and had the boat running cool again in no time. Took it out for a test run and it ran great. I have used Brad multiple times now to get me out of some boating predicaments. An install of a trickle charger, oil changes, fixing a starter, fixing a bilge pump and more. Recently, I had a starter fail a few days before a big boating event with relatives who were coming from California. It was a short time frame and Brad was going to be out of town during the majority of that time. He came and got the boat running in such a short time frame, it was impressive. He can get to bolts that are buried deep away under the Volvo Penta engine!!!! Brad saved our weekend for sure, made a group of kids really happy as they got a chance to tube for the first time. All of this was possible because Brad came well after work hours to solve the issue. He is the best in the area. He stands by his work. He is responsive and friendly. He will take the time to explain the details. And he has a masterful way of organizing cables if you are an OCD type of person.
