I went to O'reilys in a panic because i had trpuble starting my car this morning. Davis was so great..determined it was a bad battery. I told hik o got it here. He looked it up and said it was under warrenty. Then he asked me if i needed help changing it for me. So he did. He was amazing.. this is my 2nd time here since i am newish to North Carolina.
