I cannot say enough good things about John’s Auto Repair. Twice now I found myself in a last-minute panic with my car and had no idea what to do, and both times Allison and John Paul came through for me in the most incredible way. They took me in immediately, were genuinely kind and reassuring, and handled everything quickly and professionally. What truly amazed me is that they fixed the issues without charging me a cent. In today’s world, that level of honesty and generosity is rare. I am beyond grateful for their help and integrity. I will absolutely be using them for all my car needs going forward. Highly, highly recommend!

This shop is an absolute gem. Even when they’re clearly busy (which is a testament to how good they are), they never make you feel like a burden. They genuinely go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I recently had to deal with some collision repair, and I cannot stress enough how great it was to have them on my side. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made what could have been a nightmare process feel easy. On top of that, the pricing is very fair. If you want a shop that treats you like a person and not just a ticket, this is the place.

Absolutely the Best !! Customer Services is top notch as well as the work done. As a woman I did not feel like I was getting ripped off like you normally do when you go for repairs. I will never go anywhere else !! The waiting area is so super clean and nice. The AC. was amazing too on a hot day like the day I went !!!!
