Friendly front office. Worked our vehicle (truck) into their schedule on the same day we called to request a routine oil change. We also requested a check of our back brakes. We left the truck for pickup later in the day. While checking the brakes, they identified a couple of general wear and tear issues that could use attention. The technician called to describe what was found and obtained consent before doing further maintenance repairs. Communication was prompt and courteous. Cost estimates were provided upon request. Their actions were focused on customer satisfaction. It was our first time using Van’s; their auto service shop was recommended by a friend. We will consider them for future services. In this first experience, we found them to be fair, honest, skilled, and competitively priced for the Hendersonville area.
