JASON IS AWESOME!!! I'm a single mom and my timing chain decided to stretch on me and my car would not start. We had a lot of rain, so my car was in an awkward spot. She was wedged in between my 2 neighbors properties and my own; to try to keep her from also being stuck in the mud. I had her sideways. Jason came out in the pouring rain, called to let me know where he was, when he'd be here, was prompt, and got my car out of the Mudd. He even made sure I was okay and to go get my umbrella. Very considerate to also look after my welfare. You can tell he knows his cars and cares about his clients. A few of my neighbors tried coming out of their houses to help push, but stopped when they saw he had it. Jason definitely knew what he was doing. It was such a relief to see he knew exactly how to handle us being in a tough and tiny spot. It was such a relief. I had been having issues with my car for so long and finally found someone who was willing to fix it. Jason made it possible today. He had to avoid a lot of sewer lines, mailboxes, magnolia bushes, two hitches, electrical boxes, campers, etc. out where it floods from the canal on the properties and he did it like a Geometry genius. With the best attitude!! He had to get down deep in the mud to hook my car and he did it with a smile on his face. I said this man needs a raise. Very great guy and my son and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude. I'm thankful for having a card now to keep in my wallet for ProTow & Recovery, LLC. Will definitely be using them again. Best part of all - Jason ended the service with a handshake and a "Merry Christmas." Very likeable man and I'm sure he is an asset to the team. Couldn't have done it without him.

I had the unfortunate wrench thrown in my day to need a tow due to my car breaking down. I called AAA and they connected me with ProTow. I was quoted a 3+ hour wait from AAA and the driver was there within the first hour of placing my request! I am kicking myself for forgetting my drivers name but he had to bring myself and my car 60 miles home. We chatted the whole way and he truly loves what he does. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need. He was incredibly professional and kind.
