A 21 year old female college student was car jacked at gunpoint in raleigh nc the police pulled the car jackers over and arrested them in Roanoke Rapids NC. Her car was towed by interstate garage 3.6 miles and 8 mins! She was charged $300 for the tow 30 for after hours towing and $100 for storage and the car did not even stay in storage 24 hours. I called the garage and told the gentleman the situation and asked if it were anything he could do to help this young lady. He started making excuses saying the highway patrol tells him what to charge and he was a LLC and how much fuel is etc. I completely understand that you must make money to survive but this company is taking advantage of people in bad situations! Don’t ever use this company because they are crooks who take advantage of women. I’m a business owner and it saddens me to hear of things such as this. I wish I could give it -10 stars
