We were 1 1/2 hrs into our 12 hr road trip when we had engine failure. Tyler assisted us with our tow. He went over and beyond providing excellent customer service. Additionally, he followed up with us later in the day to make sure we were doing okay. Thank you so much Tyler and we highly recommend Mills River Towing.

We were disabled on the Interstate for 3 hours waiting for our insurance road assistance to send a tow truck. Finally we called Mills River and they came immediately. The driver was so professional and kind. Even delivering us to safety not just our vehicle. He went above and beyond even though he had put in a 23 hour shift by the time he dropped us off. Professional, honest, kind, dependable, timely, and prices are fair. I highly recommend their service. Thank you for everything! They were are angel on a dark night stuck on side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere. God Bless!
