Not a bad place and I don’t blame them for doing their job. The only thing that I dislike is they charge you a fee for parking your car in a place you didn’t ask for it to be parked lol and it’s not the fact of the parking but they didn’t have my car for no more than two hours; I feel like they could have waved that parking fee because I literally was on my way as soon as I realized they towed my car; like I was on my way before they even left ; I think I was like behind them . Plus I feel like you should charge a person a parking fee if you have there car at least half a day or even five hours or more.. I mean you’re still getting money ? I think it’s more of a greed type of game to charge someone a extra parking fee when you only have their car for like an hour or two ; But other than that, the process was smooth people was friendly and very respectful ;

I was frustrated at first, but I fully understand that my vehicle was impounded because I parked illegally — that part was on me. What really stood out, though, was how professional and respectful the office staff were throughout the process. They were clear, patient, and straightforward when explaining what I needed to do, and they treated me with courtesy the entire time. No attitude, no unnecessary stress, just efficient and professional service in an already inconvenient situation. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything. And I would definitely hope to work with them again under better circumstances.

I bet Amy is the one responding to every review. Love this show! Watched it when it first came out and now watching all the re-runs on Quest TV station. Its good background every night. I'm tempted to call and see who actually answers the phone. I'd stop by and say hi if I was ever in the area and and buy something from a gift shop if you had one lol. You should make bobble heads of each other and sell them.
